Photo submission release

Read this before you send a photo. By sending one, you agree to the four points below. Keep a copy if you like.

What you grant

You give this site permission to show your photo on its pages. The photo stays yours. You can still use it anywhere else, and you are not giving up any other right to it.

How the photo may be edited

The site may resize or crop the photo so it fits the page. It will not retouch your hair, change the colour, add anything, or remove anything. The photo shows what you sent.

How to withdraw it

Write to the site at any time and ask for the photo to come down. It is removed within seven days, and you get one reply confirming that. You do not need to give a reason.

Your name

Your name is not published. The photo appears with no name and no username unless you ask in writing for a name to appear with it. The site keeps your email address only to reach you about the photo and deletes it when the photo comes down.
